Emily Segal is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and TRX Instructor (Wingate Institute). She is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach with a Specialty in Plant-Based Diets (Institute for Integrative Nutrition).
Emily believes that movement is essential to health and that every body deserves to move and train without judgement or expectation to look a certain way. Training with Emily enables clients to function better in daily tasks and live happier, healthier, stronger and more flexible lives.
